Reminder – Respecting Community Spaces and Neighbors

We love seeing residents enjoy outdoor activities and spend time with friends and family. Tennis, for example, is a wonderful sport that brings people together, promotes fitness, and builds community.

That said, we kindly remind everyone that alleyways and drive areas are not appropriate locations for recreational play. These areas are designed for vehicle traffic and daily use by residents. Playing sports in these spaces not only creates excessive noise that carries through the community, but it can also present a safety hazard.

If you enjoy tennis or similar activities, we encourage you to take advantage of local parks and recreational facilities nearby that are designed for this purpose. Doing so helps ensure that all residents can enjoy the peace and comfort of their homes without disruption.
