Community Notice – Towing Vendor Update

The towing company with whom we had secured a contract to begin service on September 1, 2025, has informed us that they do not provide service in the Plano area. While we were initially told otherwise during the contracting process, their General Manager has since clarified that Plano is outside their service area. Unfortunately, this error on their end has caused the agreement to fall through.

I am actively working to secure an alternate towing vendor as quickly as possible. I am sharing this update for full transparency and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

In the meantime, please continue to park only in designated parking areas and avoid blocking driveways/gararges to prevent issues for your neighbors.
