🔥 Fire Pit Operation

To ensure safe and proper use of the community fire pit, please follow the instructions below:
To turn it ON:
1. Flip the power switch on.
2. Then turn the gas key.
To turn it OFF:
1. Turn the gas key off first.
2. Then turn off the power switch.
Please use caution and never leave the fire pit unattended while in use.

🚗 Parking & Towing Enforcement

Towing is actively enforced throughout the community. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure:
• All vehicles are parked in designated parking spaces only
• Garages, driveways, alleyways, and fire lanes remain unobstructed
• No parking in restricted or assigned spaces
Vehicles parked in violation are subject to immediate tow at the owner’s expense (non-refundable).

🔉 Noise & Loud Music

Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening and early morning hours. Loud music, parties, and disturbances can affect your neighbors’ quiet enjoyment.
We kindly ask all residents to be considerate and respectful with sound levels.

🐾 Pet Clean-Up Responsibilities

If you have pets, please remember to clean up after them. Keeping common areas clean and sanitary is essential for the entire community’s comfort and safety.
