Parking Notice to all Owners and Residents

This notice serves as a formal reminder that parking in fire lanes and outside of garages, particularly along Langwood Drive, is strictly prohibited. These actions pose a significant safety hazard and violate the governing documents for our community.

Pursuant to Article IX, Section 12 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), all residents and their guests must adhere to established parking rules. Additionally, per Article IV, Section 7, the Association has the authority to enforce these rules through fines, violations, and further remedies as necessary.

Effective immediately:

• Vehicles parked along fire lanes or outside designated garage areas are subject to violations and fines.
• Continued violations will result in enforcement actions, including the towing of vehicles at the owner’s expense without further notice.

Please ensure that you and your tenants or guests are fully compliant with these policies to avoid any inconvenience or penalties. Your cooperation helps keep our community safe and accessible for emergency vehicles.
