Implementation of Towing Policy – Effective 09/01/2025

This notice is to inform you that, effective September 1, 2025, the Association will be moving forward with vehicle towing for violations of the community’s parking rules and restrictions.
Towing will be conducted at the owner’s expense, and vehicles found in violation will be removed without further notice. If you have tenants, it is your responsibility to notify them of this policy change.
You may have noticed towing signs posted at the entrances and exits. If your vehicle is towed, you will not be reimbursed for any fees. All arrangements and payments must be handled directly with the towing company. The HOA and the sales office will not be involved in these transactions.
